Our inspections validate the structural soundness of your building’s weight-bearing components such as framing, foundation, beams, columns, posts, or trusses and can include an analysis of the whole structure or one specific element of your building.
If your building project is outside of established jurisdictional inspection zones, we are happy to provide a ‘permit and inspection playbook’, outlining the typical documents to be submitted for review in advance of permit issuance, and inspection checklists so your builder knows what to expect from us during construction.
We can also provide design services and site instruction to help you address any issues we may find.
